We collect your data, but only to allow us to reply to an email that has been sent to us or to remind existing members about meetings or to renew their membership. If you email us we will retain your email message, any information therein, and our reply to you for up to three years after the conclusion of our conversation. Please contact us if you wish us to delete our conversation sooner than this.
We will never share any data that you send us unless legally compelled to do so, such as by government, law enforcement agencies or regulatory bodies.
We do not collect personal information unless contacted by you. Any personal information will be only used to answer queries; or to allow us to to remind members about meetings or to renew their membership.
Personal information collected when replying to an email question will be retained in order to engage in an email conversation with you. It will be deleted three years after the last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Members' contact data is retained for up to three years after the last year in which they were an active member (because we continue to send you information in the hope that you will re-join). Members and former members may contact us at any time to cancel their membership and/or request that we delete their personal data.
Our system is password-protected, both for login and resume-from-standby. We delete the contents of the email trash at the end of every working day.
